I survived a massive explosion in Iraq, but was left with lingering pain in my head, neck, back and knees.
I was on all kinds of nasty drugs, until a friend told me about One Hour Pain Relief. Now, I'm off all the drugs and living pain free!

Buy It, It Works!
I was looking for a natural pain reliever for bad back and hip pain. Aleve and Advil make my ears ring, and I have concerns with Tylenol and my liver. I saw the ad and tried Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief. It works. I buy on Amazon all the time and seldom write reviews, however this time I have to. This stuff works, and works great.

I Love This Product!
I have been taking it for years without any problems, except the few times I have run out. I only take 1 cap a day even though 2 caps are the normal dose. I'm in my 60s but feel like 40.

My grinding pain is gone
Of course there is always some doubt about buying things on the internet, but I decided to give this a try since my severe bone on bone osteoarthritis was making my life hell. I have to be on my feet working almost 12 hours a day and was not getting much sleep at night. One of these softgels later and I felt my body relax and the pain decreased a LOT. I will re-order!

Active again!
I can not believe how much my pain level has dropped, and has stayed under control. Pain level went from a 10 down to a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1-10. Awesome product.

Each Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief soft-gel is standardized to contain at least 150mg of humulones (alpha acids), the active ingredient. In addition, small amounts of peppermint and ginger oils are added to counteract GI upset.
Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief is non-GMO, free of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten and soy. Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) is GRAS (generally recognized as safe) as a food ingredient (21 CFR 182.20).
Hops extract safety has been confirmed in both human and animal trials. Large dosages were found to be non-toxic and non-mutagenic. Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief is made from hops grown in the USA at USDA inspected farms. The extract is tested to ensure the absence of heavy metals and 73 different pesticides.
Our Hops are grown in Oregon and Washington at USDA inspected farms. Extraction is done nearby in the beautiful Yakima Valley, using a state-of-the art “super-critical” liquid CO2 process, which eliminates the need for dangerous solvents. The softgels are manufactured in California at ISO-c and cGMP-certified facilities.
The usual dosage for Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief is 2 softgels per day. Some people get excellent relief with only one, and if you suffer from more severe pain, you may want to take three if your digestive system is agreeable, or more than once per day. A 60-count bottle is a one-month supply if two are taken daily. Our Free Trial Pack contains 14 softgels, a 7-day supply for most people.
Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief is not a drug, and is not intended to treat any disease. However, it is effective for almost all normal aches and pains in any part of the body. The more the pain is associated with inflammation, the more effective it will be. Take advantage of our free trial pack to see if it will work well for your pain and digestive system.
We recommend that you start with two softgels with a meal early in the day for 10-12 hours of pain relief. If you have discomfort that is interfering with sleep, take one or two more with dinner. Increase or decrease the dosage and frequency as needed. Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief has been tested for safety at very high dosages, but it may cause digestive distress at higher dosages.
When you start taking Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief, you may experience some digestive side effects due to the bitterness of the hops. These effects are minimized by taking it with food. For most people, any unpleasant side effects disappear in a few days as your body gets accustomed to the bitter flavor of the hops extract.
There are no known interactions with any medications (both prescription and over-the-counter). As a prudent precaution, please consult with your doctor if you are taking any prescription drugs. Please do NOT give One Hour Pain Relief to pets. Some animals can have a severe allergic or renal reaction to hops.
Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief contains one primary ingredient (humulone extracted from hops) plus ginger oil and peppermint oil to settle the digestive system. A very small percentage of people may be allergic to one of these ingredients. In addition, Lecithin extracted from soy oil is used to prevent separation of ingredients, however, no measurable soy proteins are present. Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief contains no other common allergens.
The softgel is encapsulated in beef gelatin certified kosher by the Ko. It is also Halal certified. However, the softgels are NOT manufactured under supervision. All of the ingredients encapsulated are kosher and halal certified.

Vinoprin One Hour Pain Relief contains a proprietary hops extract that is standardized to contain 150mg of humulones (alpha acids) – the active anti-inflammatory components – and designed to be free of phytoestrogenic and sleep inducing compounds. The extraction process utilizes high temperature, high pressure, liquid CO2, to perform the extraction with NO toxic chemicals.
During the late 1990s, several research companies began looking for natural ways to ease the pain of arthritis and other conditions. Hundreds of different botanicals were examined, and thousands of pages of scientific studies were reviewed. At the end of this painstaking process, about 20 candidates were identified for further study. All of the prospects, including highy regarded botanical agents such as curcumin and boswellia were subjected to in-vitro testing to determine their anti-inflammatory potential. Of those, the hops extract was identified as having the highest chance of success.
NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen are inhibitors of the Cyclooxygenase or COX enzymes, which cause pain and inflammation. Unfortunately, NSAIDS aren’t selective; they inhibit both the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes with varying intensity. So, while pain may be reduced by blocking the COX-2 enzyme, non-selective inhibition of COX-1, whose job is to protect the gastro-intestinal (GI) tract lining, can lead to dangerous side effects. Several newer drugs were developed that were more selective. But these drugs turned out to have even more severe side effects, potentially increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke. The problem was too much selectivity. By completely shutting down COX-2, these drugs shut down the production of blood-clotting hormones and other cardio-protective enzymes.
The William Harvey Whole Blood Assay is considered the “gold standard” for evaluating a compound’s COX activity and selectivity. The goal was to find a botanical extract that could moderately inhibit the pain causing COX-2 enzyme, while only mildly inhibiting the protective COX-1. The humulones extracted from hops fit this model perfectly. The extract inhibited COX-2 strongly enough to alleviate pain, without shutting down the enzyme altogether, and it only mildly inhibited COX-1 to avoid GI problems.
These COX inhibition properties were confirmed on a group of healthy volunteers, with blood levels of COX enzymes measured over a 9 hour period. A double-blind efficacy study showed that hops extract provided significant pain relief vs. placebo to subjects suffering from pain. During the 14 day trial period, subjects were measured to have significant improvements in comfort while walking, standing, climbing stairs, and sleeping.
In-vitro testing, utilizing the standard CACO-2 cell monolayer assay indicates that there is high permeability of the hops extract, which correlates with good human oral bioavailability.
